Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this interim application, the applicant seeks permission to travel to Tokyo, Japan and People's Republic of China from 17th February 2024 to 24th February 2024 and for suspension of his Look 1/4

Out Circular ('LOC'), during the said period. 3.

Perused the papers. The applicant intends to travel to Tokyo, Japan and China, for the period between 17th February 2024 to 24th February 2024. In the aforesaid application, the applicant has set out the itinerary of places where the applicant will be travelling, including the details of her air travel.

The applicant is the Managing Director of Asia Pacific (APAC) of the HRS Group and is required to travel abroad for business purpose. The applicant had been previously permitted to travel on four occasions. The said orders are annexed from page nos. 27 to 46 of the aforesaid interim application i.e. orders dated 27th April 2022; 6th June 2023; 10th August 2023; 20th September 2023 and 20th October 2023. It is not in dispute that the applicant had complied with the terms and conditions stipulated in the said orders. 2/4

Considering what is stated aforesaid, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions;

ORDER

(i) The applicant - Neelu Singh, is permitted to travel abroad during the period from 17th February 2024 to 24th February 2024, as stated aforesaid. During the said period of travel, the LOC issued as against the applicant shall stand suspended; (ii) The applicant, before her departure, shall furnish the full itinerary of his overseas travel with all details, including the address where she would stay, telephone/mobile/contact numbers, on which she can be contacted during the said period, to the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) via e-mail/fax or any other electronic mode;

(iii) The applicant shall, on her return to India, within 48 hours, inform the EOW of her return;

(iv) The respondent No. 2 - EOW shall inform the Immigration Authorities of the order passed today, at the earliest and in any event within 48 hours of this order being uploaded; (v) The Immigration Authorities, on all points of departure, will permit the applicant to pass through immigration and to 3/4

board her flight or flights, irrespective of whether the immigration system has been updated and whether the EOW has informed the Immigration Authorities or not;

(vi) The applicant shall not apply for extension or renewal of this order, until she returns to India.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms.
