DATE: 11 MARCH 2015 P.C. :- 1] The learned counsel for the respondent, on basis of instructions from the respondent, who is present in the Court today, states that the respondent will neither create any third party rights nor in any manner change the nature of the suit property pending the hearing and final disposal of this petition. 2] Further, the respondent in his affidavit in reply dated 14 February 2015 at paragraph 4 has stated, thus : "4.

I submit the alleged advertisement annexed to the above-captioned civil application has not been initiated by me. As mentioned hereinabove, I neither have any intentions of creating any third party interests in the suit land, nor do I have any intentions of changing the nature of the suit land."
