Respondent nos.1 and 2 are duly served by the appellant. To that effect, affidavit of service is filed on record. 3.

By this civil application, applicant is seeking early hearing of first appeal no.1101/2007 on the ground that applicant is a senior citizen. He further submits that private paper book is already filed and served on other side.

Considering these facts and as applicant is a senior citizen, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for allowing this application.

Hence, the following order.
