We have gone through the prayer clause of the Petition. Having regard to the prayer clause a) and b), in our considered view, the Petition has rendered infructuous.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to amend the Petition. However, we are not inclined to allow the said permission as we find that on the initial date itself leave to amend the Petition was granted but till date the Petitioner has not amended the Petition.
