1] This is an application for correction in the name of father of the applicant in the cause title of the application and in the Order dated 5th January 2018.

2] In Bail Application No.2754 of 2017 and Order dated 5th January 2018, the name of the father of the applicant is typed as "Premnath" instead of "Ramnath". The chargesheet indicates that the Investigating Agency has correctly mentioned the name of the applicant as "Sagar Ramnath Aher". The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that in the cause title of the application the name of the father is wrongly 1/2

appp.77-2018.doc typed as "Sagar Premnath Aher", however, the correct name of the applicant is "Sagar Ramnath Aher".

3] In view of the above, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
