This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No.186/2011 dated 14.12.2011 registered with Khadki Police Station, Pune under Section 324, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the application. 2) The applicant in Criminal Revision No.11/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant Shri. Ratnakar Dattatraya Mane as respondent No.3. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the said stipulated period. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
