Ms. Thakkar, the learned counsel for the Applicants on the basis of instructions from the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw the Civil Revision Application on the ground that the suit in which the impugned order was made has itself been dismissed as abated. She further seeks liberty to revive this Civil Revision Application, if and when, the Civil Suit is restored.

The request is reasonable. Accordingly, leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.

Civil Revision Application is accordingly disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
