Mr.Y.D.Patil, learned AGP, on instructions from Sushama Vaman Satpute, Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Mumbai City, seeks to withdraw the impugned order dated Nil December 2019 passed by the Competent Authority. Statement is accepted. In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

If the respondents proposes to take any action in accordance with law, the respondents are permitted to take such action after following provisions of law and the procedure prescribed under the Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-Notified Tribes ( Vimukta Jatis ), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Class and Special Backward Category (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Castes Certificate Act.
