This First Appeal is preferred by the owner of the offending vehicle challenging the judgment award dated 16.12.2014 passed by M.A.C.T. Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 257 of 2005 awarding the sum of Rs.7,38,550/- with interest @ 6% per annum.

Appellants to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
