Heard. We have perused the order passed by this court on 12/9/2014. The petitioner - complainant prays for further investigation in respect of a crime registered in the year 2009. Admittedly, charge-sheet came to be filed in 2010. This petition came to be filed in the year 2014. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the vehicle in which he was being kidnapped was apprehended by the police officer, whose statement was not recorded by the Investigating Agency. We

8-wp-301-14 find that there is abnormal delay now for this court to interfere at this stage when the trial has commenced. It is informed to the court that the trial is still pending at the stage of examination/cross-examination of the complainant - petitioner herein.

We direct the trial court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible on its own merits taking into consideration all the relevant issues arising therefrom and raised by the parties. The petitioner may resort to appropriate alternate remedy as prescribed under the law. 4.
