Applicant was directed to be released on bail vide order dated 6th December, 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 2726 of 2018. Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.20,000/- for a period of four weeks. It is submitted that applicant has already furnished the surety but it would take some more time for acceptance by the appropriate Court. It is therefore prayed that the facility of cash security granted by this Court may be extended by a period of two weeks. 2.

Considering the submissions, facility of cash security granted

Sknair 507-appp-95-19.odt by this Court vide order dated 6th December, 2018 is extended by a period of two weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety in accordance with the said order.
