Heard Mr. Pandey, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Mr. Pandey seeks permission to withdraw these Petitions on the ground that the parties have amicably settled controversy between them by filing consent terms dated 12th June, 2018 before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

Mr. Pandey states that parties have withdrawn proceedings filed against each other prior to passing of the decree of divorce. He has produced photo copy of the consent terms filed before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 5.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Pandey, Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn and are disposed of accordingly. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
