By this Application, the Applicants seek re-call of the impugned order dated 12.09.2018 passed by this Court ( Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J. ) in W. P. No. 1686 of 2004, by which the said Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Application and the order dated 12.09.2018 is re-called. Delay, if any, stands condoned and W. P. No. 1686 of 2004 is restored back to its original file.
