The Application is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents. The delay in preferring an Appeal is of 15 days. In view of the averments made in the Paragraph 2 of the application, sufficient cause is made out. Accordingly, the Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
