The Petitioners had suffered adverse orders from the Tahsildar, Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) and the Additional Commissioner. The Petitioners had also instituted a civil suit, in which, they have failed to obtain any temporary injunction. Considering of these matters, the Additional Commissioner, Pune has declined interim reliefs pending revision petition. There is no jurisdictional error nor has any discretion been exercised unreasonably. This petition is therefore, dismissed. There shall however, be no order as to costs. 3] The Additional Commissioner, however, is directed to dispose of the revision application, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period four months from today.
