DATE : 18 MARCH 2015 P.C. :- 1] By a separate order, the delay in institution of the civil revision applications has been condoned. These revisions applications impugn orders made by the Registrar (Judicial-I) declining registration of first appeals against the awards made by the Reference Court. The registration was declined, because there was some delay in payment of 1/2

skc 8-CRA-ST-5544-15-GROUP deficit court fees. The delay, has now been explained, both in the applications seeking condonation of delay as well as in the revision applications itself. It appears that there was some communication gap and consequent delay in obtaining the amounts from the acquiring department / bodies.

2] Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, including in particular the averments in the memo of revision applications, the impugned orders made by the Registrar (Judicial - I) declining registration are set aside. The State of Maharashtra i.e. the applicants to pay the deficit court fees within a period of four weeks from today. In case the deficit court fee is paid within four weeks from today, then the same to be accepted and the first appeals be registered.

3] The revisions applications are disposed of accordingly.
