By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 46 days in filing the appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 07/07/2017 passed in M.A.C.T. Application Nos. 1237 of 2011 and 1545 of 2011.

Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objection, if any. Civil application No.1946 of 2018 is disposed of.
