This being the only grievance of the Petitioner, this Petition is disposed of by directing the Revisional Authority to decide and hear the Revision Application of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and, in any event, within a period of four months from today. Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.

All contentions of the parties in the pending proceedings are expressly kept open.
