We direct the concerned court of J.M.F.C. to expedite the proceedings arising out of F.I.R.No.850 of 2018 registered with Indapur Police Station, Dist-Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and in any case, conclude the proceedings within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
