Mr.Singh, submitted that, during the pendency of the present Petition Police have completed investigation and submitted charge-sheet. Petitioner is thus having alternate remedy to file an Application for discharge, as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C., if charge is not framed till today, before the trial Court. 2.

By reserving the said alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off.
