Considering that the applicant is incarcerated from 30/05/2022, learned trial Court is requested to record the evidence of the child witness expeditiously in terms of the mandate of section 35(1) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 5.

Liberty to the applicant to apply afresh for bail after 6 months or after recording evidence of the child witness whichever is earlier. 6.
