I am informed that the victim who was 80 years of age is now no more. In the facts and circumstances, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial. If possible, the charge be framed and the material witnesses be examined expeditiously.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to apply after six months if there is no progress in the trial or after the material witnesses are examined. 5.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
