Heard. This is an application seeking temporary bail during the pendency of the bail application.

It is submitted that the daughter of the applicant is getting married on 2nd February, 2017. The wedding invitation card is placed on record. The learned APP has verified that the daughter

Yadav V.G. 2 901-A.ba.201.17.odt. of the applicant is getting married. On humanitarian ground the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The applicant be enlarged on bail on 27th January, 2017 on temporary cash bail to the tune of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more local sureties in the like amount. (ii) The applicant shall remain on bail from 27th January, 2017 to 5.00 p.m. of 6th February, 2017.

(iii) She shall remain present before the concerned Magistrate (61st Court), Kurla during the court hours on 6th February, 2017.

(iv) Parties to act on authenticated copy.

(v) During the period 27th January, 2017 to 6th February, 2017 the applicant shall not leave Bombay.

(vi) Application stands disposed of.
