Mr. Patil and Mr. Kalantri submit that consent terms entered into between petitioner and respondents No.1 to 3 have been filed in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Thane in

901-W.P. No. 2962-2014 Special Civil Suit No. 916 of 2010. In view thereof, petition may be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

In view thereof, by consent of petitioner and respondents No. 1 to 3, petition is allowed. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
