After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief sought to by the applicant on merits, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application, with liberty to file a fresh application on medical grounds, as the applicant is suffering from neurological disorder.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If such an application is filed, the same will be decided on its own merits.
