The learned AGP submits that, the compliance qua the appointment on compassionate grounds, is also being considered and GR to that effect would be issued shortly. Learned AGP seeks some accommodation. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, though the GRs are issued with regard to payscales and other benefits, the same are made applicable from NEETA SHAILESH SAWANT the date of the GR and not from the date of the order of this Court. The learned AGP shall also file Affidavit with regard to the instructions to be sought pursuant to the order dated NEETA SHAILESH SAWANT Date: 2022.06.30 16:00:49 +0530 th April, 2022.
