Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has received instructions from his client to withdraw the Contempt Petition unconditionally with liberty to challenge the order dated 14.07.2014 passed by the Collector, Pune. To that effect, he has filed affidavit dated 16.04.2018. Same is taken on record. The Contempt Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in paragraph 3 of the affidavit dated 16.04.2018, which reads thus:

I say that in view of the above realization and the circumstances the Petitioner is seeking the liberty to withdraw the present Contempt Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 14.07.2014 passed by the Collector, Pune."
