The request of the Petitioner for allowing him to take home food and various bakery items was turned down. Hence this Petition. The Jail Authorities have to give food items in accordance with the regulation in the Manual. The request of the Petitioner for allowing to take home food and various baker items could not have been entertained by the said Authority and has been rightly rejected. In our opinion, the said grievance cannot be entertained in writ jurisdiction. Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
