The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the Respondents to appoint the Petitioner as a Shikshan Sevak.

It is the contention of the Petitioner that the Petitioner was working as a part-time Librarian and now she has acquired qualification to be appointed as Shikshan Sevak in July 2009. It is therefore the contention of the Petitioner that the Petitioner should have been appointed in the vacancy which was available in Aswale 1/2

908.wp.1199.14.doc Respondent No.2 school under the management of Respondent No.1.

The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 states that the Petitioner acquired the necessary qualification in July 2009 whereas the selection process was completed prior to July 2009. The learned counsel further submits that after that there has been no appointment of Shikshan Sevak.

In that view of the matter the Petitioner can very well apply as and when the vacancy of Shikshan Sevak arises in Respondent No.2-School. If the Petitioner applies, the same would be considered in accordance with law. The Petition disposed of. ( B. P. COLABAWALLA, J. ) ( B. R. GAVAI, J. ) Aswale 2/2
