Mr. Anturkar, learned Senior Advocate, for the petitioner, having taken instructions from the instructing advocate, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to make fresh representation to the respondent No.1. Municipal Corporation for regularization of the mobile towers.

Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.

3.

In the event, if such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, respondent No.1 Municipal Corporation shall take appropriate decision within four weeks thereafter. 4.

In the event, the decision of respondent No.1 Municipal Corporation goes adverse to the petitioner's interest, the same shall not

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open.
