Learned APP has tendered across the bar a letter written by the In -charge Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison informing that the Petitioner has been released from jail on 17.10.2017. The said letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

In view of the subsequent developments arose after filing of the present writ petition in as much as the Petitioner has been released from jail on 17.10.2014 after undergoing the sentenced awarded to him, nothing further survives for consideration in the present writ petition.
