Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. It is not in dispute that the trial has commenced and 1 witness has been examined. It is also not in dispute that all the 11 accused are in custody. The trial of the accused was expedited by this Court (Coram:Mrs.Mridula Bhatkar, J.) vide order dated 4th May, 2018, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.764 of 2018.

This Court vide the said order directed the learned Sessions Judge to conduct the trial on day-to-day basis and the learned Sessions Judge was also directed to complete the trial on or before 31st January, 2019. 4.

Since the trial has already commenced, it would not be appropriate to consider the application for bail, at this stage, lest the trial gets delayed. The learned Sessions Judge to comply with the order dated dated 4th May, 2018, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.764 of 2018 and to complete the trial on or before 31st January, 2019. 5.

The parties to co-operate in the conduct of the trial. The accused to be produced before the learned Sessions Judge on all the dates given by the trial Court.

Learned APP to communicate the aforesaid order to the concerned Authority, who shall ensure that the accused are produced on all the dates given by the trial Court.

The Application is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
