Now the additional affidavit-in-reply is filed by the Research Officer attached to the Scrutiny Committee. In this affidavit it is stated that the Vigilance Cell report is received now and copy thereof will be duly supplied to the father of the petitioner during the course of the day. A copy can also be served on Mr.Mendadkar appearing for the petitioner.

Mr.Mendadkar states that the petitioner would appear before the Committee within one week from today. We accept his statement.

Let the scrutiny and verification be completed by the Committee now as expeditiously as possible and latest by 30/05/2016.
