The First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Interim Application, if any, stands disposed of.

The statutory amount along with award amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest be transferred to M.A.C.T., Thane. The parties agree that once this amount is transferred to 1/2

Respondent Nos.1 and 3 are permitted to withdraw the entire amount transferred to M.A.C.T., Thane along with accrued interest.

The Registry to see that the said amount is transferred in the Bank account of Respondent Nos.1 and 3.

Refund of Court fees as per Rules to the Appellant - Insurance Company.

R. & P. lying in this Court be transferred back to M.A.C.T., Thane.
