1] Respondent No.2-wife is present with her advocate. Petitioner Nos.1,3 and 4 are present with their advocate. 2] The consent terms have been fled in Petition No.A-3211 of 2018 in Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai and parties are getting their marriage dissolved by decree under section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act.

3] Respondent No.2 has accordingly, given afdavit separately accepting the consent terms. Orally also she has requested the Court to quash the proceedings. 4] In view of joint request made, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and dispose of the application. (N.R.
