Applicants and Respondent No.2 are jointly requesting for quashing of FIR registered on 4/10/2018 against the applicants under sections 406, 417, 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w. 34 of IPC. The complainant respondent No.2 has given affidavit giving his no objection. 2.

Learned APP appears for Respondent No.1/State. 3.

Perusal of report lodged by respondent No.2 shows that though applicant No.1 not a degree holder enrolled as lawyer and fabricated letterhead and posed himself to be an advocate. He entered into partnership with the complainant and had forged letterhead, prepared documents including title verification reports which have been issued to clients. The applicant No.1 has also withdrawn money handed over by clients for purchase of stamp duty and for registration.

In this situation as this act of applicant may have adverse effect on loans disbursed by various authorities, we are not inclined to intervene in extraordinary jurisdiction. The Criminal Application (APL) is therefore rejected.
