P.C.:- This is an Application for modification of condition No.6(i) imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail by Order dated 15th December, 2022 passed in Interim Application No. 3871 of 2022 by this Court.

By the said condition, the Applicant has been directed to furnish PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two 'local' sureties in the like amount.

2) Mr. Mhatre, learned Advocate appointed to represent the Applicant submitted that as a matter of fact, the Applicant is an ordinary 1/2

ssm 2 2-ia392.23.doc resident of District Jalgaon and it is very difficult for him to furnish 'local sureties' for getting the benefit of bail. That, though the bail has been granted in favour of the Applicant by this Court on 15th December, 2022, due to the said condition, till date the Applicant could not avail the bail facility and therefore the said condition may be suitably modified. 3) In view thereof, we hereby relax the said condition of furnishing one or two 'local' sureties and permit the Applicant to furnish one or two sureties from the District of Jalgaon. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 4) All the concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this Order.
