CORAM: MRS.MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.
DATE: 9th March, 2016.
P.C.:
Not on board. Upon mentioning, taken on board. 2.
This is a second bail Application. I have rejected first Bail Application No. 207 of 2015 by an order dated 18th March, 2015. While rejecting the application, liberty was given to the applicant to move fresh Bail Application if trial is not concluded within 9 months. Hence, second bail application was filed, as trial was not over within 9 months. 3.
On query, the learned counsel for the applicant/accused informed that most of the witnesses are examined. Considering this information of the learned counsel, it appears that the trial will get over within two months. Hence, the Application for bail is rejected. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.) 1 / 1
