1] This is an application for modification of condition. 2] The applicants were granted interim pre-arreset bail by an Order dated 31.3.2016 and the same was confirmed by an Order dated 20.10.2016 by this Court. By the said Order, the applicants were directed to attend the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday between 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. 3] The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that since last more than one year the applicants are sincerely complying with the said condition.

Dond 2/2 appp.61-2017.sxw He therefore prayed that the said condition may be modified. 4] In view thereof, the aforesaid condition is hereby modified and the applicants are directed to attend the concerned police station once in three months on every first Monday of the said month until further orders. 3] Both applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms.
