By consent of the parties, following order is passed: i) The impugned order dated 12 December 2023 passed by respondent No.1 allowing Revision Application No.13 of 2023 is restored to the file of respondent No.1.

ii) In view of setting aside of the impugned order, consequential order of grant of registration also stands set aside. iii) Parties shall appear before respondent No.1 on 4 March 2024 at 10:30 a.m.

908-wp-1767-2024.doc iv) The Revisional Authority shall decide the revision application within eight weeks from the date of appearance of the parties. v) All contentions of both the sides are kept open to be agitated before the Revisional Authority.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
