The learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to bring the legal heirs of deceased appellant no. 1, i.e., 1(A) to 1(F) on record. He submitted that the delay caused in filing this Application is neither deliberate nor intentional and hence the same be condoned. 3.

In view of this, delay as prayed is condoned. The legal heirs of deceased appellant no. 1, i.e. 1(A) to 1(F) are brought on record. The amendment to be carried out by the learned counsel for the appellants within one week from today.
