P.C.:- This is an Application for bringing legal heirs of Petitioner No.1-A on record. It is submitted that, the Petitioner No.1-A-Smt. Anandi Vasant Mane expired on 30th July, 2018.

There is a delay of 105 days in filing the present Application. Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. In view thereof, the delay is condoned, abatement if any, is set aside and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
