This is an application for temporary bail filed by the applicant. His first application on merit was already allowed to be withdrawn. On the last occasion, I had called for a report from the jail authority regarding the health condition of the applicant. A report is placed before me by the learned APP. The report reads thus:- "Above named prisoner is known case of Diabetes Mellitus. For which he is kept on insulin therapy.

He is being treated by Prison Hospital as well as in J J Hospital for specialization Digitally signed by Pradeepkumar P. Deshmane Date:

For the following dates he was sent to J J Hospital - 23/06/2018, 28/07/2018, 11/08/2018, 5/1/2019, 6/4/2019, 20/7/2019, 5/8/2019, 17/8/2020 and 16/1/2020.

He had been examined and treated by physician, surgeon, psychiatrist and neurologist there. It is found that the patient had no major Neurological problem but psychiatric disturbances alongside Diabetes.

His current health is stable and prisoner is living normal life."

In view of this clear report nothing survives in this application. I am not inclined to grant any relief. However, the jail authorities are directed to keep close watch on his health and provide him proper treatment and emergency treatment, if necessary.
