The above Civil Application has been field for bringing the heirs of the Petitioner on record. The Learned Counsel appearing for one of the heirs of the original Petitioner i.e. one of the Applicants seeks withdrawal of the above Civil Application in view of the fact that some of the heirs of the original Petitioner have not signed the vakalatnama in his favour. The Learned Counsel intends to file a fresh Civil Application, so as to bring the said fact on record and then bring the heirs of the Petitioner on record. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Civil Application.
