The above Civil Application has been filed seeking early date of hearing of the above Writ Petition. The reasons for the same are mentioned in Paragraphs 21 and 23 of the above Civil Application. Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed. The above Petition is of the year 2002 and takes exception to the order passed by the School Tribunal, whereby the School Tribunal has dismissed the Appeal filed by the Petitioner whose services were terminated by the Respondent No.1. Considering the fact that the above Petition is of the year 2002, list the same for final hearing in the week commencing 7/9/2015, to be shown at the appropriate place on the final hearing board.
