Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that though efforts are made to serve the respondent nos. 4 to 7 and 9, they have declined to accept the notice. Therefore, he prays that the petitioner may be allowed to serve the aforesaid respondents by paper publication.

Heard Mr.Sakhare, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Civil application is disposed of.

Necessary steps to be taken within eight weeks from today. After publication, copies of the newspapers be placed on record for service of respondent nos. 4 to 7 and 9. Place the writ petition on board on 8th July, 2019.
