Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondents.

The Petitioner and Respondent No.1 and Power of Attorney holder of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present before this Court.

Both learned counsel submit that the Appellant and the Respondents have settled the matter amicably out of the Court and they have prepared the Consent Terms. The Consent N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

This Court inquired with the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 and Power of Attorney holder of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 who presents before Court. They agrees for the terms mentioned in the Consent Terms and they have signed on it.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel and in view of the consent terms the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The Court Receiver Mr.S.K. Dhekale, present in the Court. In view of the settlement of matter Court Receiver is discharged without passing account.

Parties are directed to pay expenses of Court Receiver, if any, as per Rule.
