Having heard the learned for the parties and having gone through the reply filed by the State indicating therein that the direction contained in the order dated 25th November, 2013 passed in Writ Petition No. 10728 of 2012 have been complied with and order to that effect has been passed on 18th January, 2017 we are of the considered view that though belatedly but the order passed by this Court has been complied with. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to take the matter further.
