Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that Respondent No.4/Bank has issued look out circular to secure its loan and there is no criminal angle to it.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in this situation seeks leave to convert present challenge into civil challenge so that it can thereafter be placed before the appropriate Bench.

As the petitioner appears to travel out of India and has some urgency, we are inclined to grant said request. 4.
Accordingly, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of
rsk 2/2 61-WP-616-20.doc Respondent No.4 in the matter, we permit the petitioner to carry out necessary amendments to the petition so that it can thereafter be registered as civil writ petition and transferred to appropriate bench as per roster assigned.
