The applicant in Bail Application No.2409 of 2015 has already impleaded the original complainant as respondent no.2 in pursuance of order dated 22.12.2015 passed by this Court. In view of the same, the present Application No.60 of 2016 does not survive and the same is disposed off accordingly.
